Concrete test method
The meat extract peptone (0.5% meat extract 1% peptone) was diluted in 59 times with the sterilized water which includes 0.4% table salt. E. Coli, which cultured in normal buiyon was suspended in it. That suspended solution(0.2ml) inoculated into the 0.4g of inspection body which was inserted in 50ml glass container. The container was put 30℃.10ml of physiological brine into the container and starled well and measured the cell number immediately after the inoculated and 24hours later. Contrast kept depending on similar operation method of cultivation conceming those, which inserted germ suspension in the glass container.
However, the nutrient agar medium was used to culture of the microbe.
* Survived amount was converted to the number of germ in original suspension solution.

    Number of tested germ was controlled to 105/ml. Test sample was added 0.5% to amount of tested germ
    Suspended solution. Number of colony was counted 24 hours later under the condition of temperature 86F and humidity 60%.
